RM provides Legionella risk assessments, consultancy, and online and onsite training services to assist property managers across Manchester and Leeds in identifying and managing Legionella found in hot and cold water systems.
A Water Hygiene Risk assessment identifies the risks associated with water systems and the likelihood of these risks being realised. It is a legal duty for employers and persons who manage or operate a building to assess and control the risks of exposure to Legionella, and at RM we work across Manchester and Leeds helping to ensure that buildings can remain safe.
Depending on the size and location of the building, at RM our water hygiene inspections and sampling can be hugely cost effective and can save building owners and responsible people a great deal of time and money. If you’re in Manchester or Leeds and you need support with your Water Hygiene, we can help.
