Matt Collins

Matt Joined RM in 2011 as an apprentice. At the time, we wanted staff who understood our client’s needs, specifically in the property management sector, so we decided to take on and train our own consultant to support the senior consultants. Since then, Matt has become a very popular team member and knows our business inside and out. He undertakes multi-disciplined audits and visits client sites regularly. Currently, he is a Graduate of IOSH and working towards his Chartered status, having recently completed his final formal qualifications. Matt is on the Tier 2 Competent Fire Risk Assessors Register. Tier 2 is a list of individuals who have been mentored, have completed an examination held by The Institute of Fire Safety Managers and have been deemed competent to carry out fire risk assessments on buildings ranging from simple / less complex to medium complexity and normal risk.

Steve has undertaken many internal and external courses over the years and is a valued member of the team always offering a calm influence and delivering projects in a timely manner for clients. Steve is on the Nationally Accredited Fire Risk Assessors Register (NAFRAR). Tier 3 is a list of individuals who can carry out Fire Risk Assessments on high-risk and complex buildings.
