New RM Support System

RM are pleased to announce that as of 30th September 2019 we will be moving to our new ZenDesk Support system for all customer enquiries. This will allow us to handle your emails through a ticketing system and will ensure both that you’re assigned to the correct member of our team and that your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible.

As of 30th September you will only need to use the support@rmriskmanagement.com email address for all RM support communications.

If you wish to have private -non support related- communication with one of our team, please use the word ‘PRIVATE’ in the title of your message and send it directly to your contact’s personal email address, as you have done historically.

RM are excited to announce our service partnership with Zendesk Helpdesk. Zendesk will allow us to mine communication data across our entire workforce and will allow us to quickly identify trends and common issues with our services which will then funnel into our quality management systems for improvements to be actioned

In addition to this, all RM clients have access to the new HASAD Support+ system which allows for fast-tracking of  support queries to the member of our team who is most suited to respond, meaning that your staff don’t need to know who to contact for what – all support queries either arrive at triage by emailing Support@rmriskmanagement.com or go via the HASAD Support+ interface on HASAD, directly to our Zendesk Suite. HASAD Support+ provides prefilled query options for each individual user (linked to the details on their HASAD , with auto-direct funnelling for faster, more accurate results).

To use HASAD Support+, please access it via your HASAD account.
