Whatever the property or type of business, health and safety should always be a priority. All of our consultants are highly trained, ensuring we can support our clients in the best possible way, giving them peace of mind that their people and assets are safeguarded.
Working for UK Property Landlords, we provide H&S Risk Assessments in Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our General Health & Safety Risk Assessment involves a process of identifying hazards, evaluating risks and suggesting potential ways to control or eliminate those hazards during daily tasks and activities. At RM, we work in Birmingham and the West Midlands, helping to ensure that buildings are made as safe as possible.
At RM, we operate an affordable Health and Safety Site Inspection service in Birmingham and the West Midlands. These Inspections are ideal for properties either without a full time FM or those that need more regular checks in addition to the annual Health & Safety Risk Assessment.
An Access Audit is a means of examining an existing building, or proposals for a new building, to measure the accessibility and usability of the building for disabled people. The findings can then be used to implement a structured programme of improvements, whether this is through routine maintenance, building alteration/extensions or refurbishment. At RM, we work with buildings throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands to carry out these surveys.
