Health and safety should be a priority, no matter what the building or type of business. At RM, we have a team of highly trained consultants who work across Redditch & Worcestershire ensuring that people and assets are safeguarded.
A Health & Safety Risk Assessment covers many aspects and will look at the compliancy of a building on areas such as Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Electrical Installation, COSHH, Control of Contractors and many other areas, including working at heights and safety of any roofs. At RM, we provide our Health & Safety Risk Assessments across Redditch & Worcestershire, and they give responsible people a comprehensive health check and action plan.
If your property is unmanned, then you may benefit from a Health & Safety Inspection. It covers many of the same aspects as a General Health & Safety Risk Assessment, but it is carried out more frequently. Our team of consultants is working with properties across Redditch & Worcestershire to ensure that hazards are identified, risks are evaluated and responsible people are given recommendations on how to control or eliminate those hazards during daily tasks and activities.
At RM, we provide Access Audits, which are regarded as the first step in ensuring reasonable adjustments are made to policies, practices, procedures or premises which may create a barrier to people with disabilities. Our team works with buildings in Redditch & Worcestershire to make sure any necessary adjustments are identified so that properties become legally compliant.
