RM has a team of qualified Asbestos Surveyors who carry out Asbestos Management Surveys, Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys and Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys for all building types across Coventry & Warwickshire.
An Asbestos Management Survey from RM will ensure that nobody is harmed by the continuing presence of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in building premises or equipment. We check that the ACM remain in good condition and that nobody disturbs it accidentally. We work across Coventry & Warwickshire, helping to ensure that buildings remain safe.
A Refurbishment & Demolition Survey is needed before any refurbishment or demolition work is carried out. This type of survey is used to locate and describe, as far as reasonably practicable, all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) in the area where the refurbishment work will take place, or in the whole building if demolition is planned. At RM, we’re supporting building owners and managers across Coventry & Warwickshire with these surveys.
Following an Asbestos Management Survey, you may further require an Asbestos Re-inspection Survey which will check the condition of any identified Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). We support properties across Coventry & Warwickshire.
