H&S Audits

H&S Audits

The basis of British health and safety law is the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974. The Act sets out the general duties which employers have towards employees and members of the public, and employees have to themselves and to each other.

Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999: require employers to carry out risk assessments, make arrangements to implement necessary measures, appoint competent people and arrange for appropriate information and training.

Our Health & Safety Audit will review your compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and provide you with the foundation for your future Health & Safety Strategy.

One of our Health & Safety Specialists will visit you and discuss the issues relevant to your company, carrying out a survey of your facility and looking for areas of non compliance; this review will typically take around 2 hours. The Specialist will then identify your legal obligations and give you a verbal briefing on which steps are required to safeguard your business. A quotation would then be provided outlining all of the actions that need to be carried out and an agreed schedule formulated. Once agreed we will carry out the full program for you either doing all of the work ourselves or working alongside your designated staff.
